Returns and Exchanges

 
Wanna return or exchange your new sunglasses? Don‘t worry, it's pretty easy! 

1. Submit your return request here and follow the instructions. https://avoalre.net/a/returns

2. Get a refund confirmation and send it off when you can. (Please do not send back your parcel until we e-mail you with the address and Return Merchandise Authorization number & Exchanges are based on product availability, and may incur additional charges based on price).

 Does Avoalre accept Returns & Exchanges?

Yes! It is important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase from Avoalre. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items! The only thing you cover is shipping. No restocking fees, or hidden interest. 

 What items are returnable? 

You can return items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Refunds do not include shipping and handling.

 

 What items are non-refundable?

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Products is in poor conditions can not be accepted for refund if: recieved as a free gift or at promotional price, damaged, used, stained, torn and in non-resalable condition.

 

 How will I know when my return is completed and how soon will i get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by us, we will refund your payment and email you a confirmation. As a reminder, it may take 5-10 business days for us to get your package. Once we got it, we will refund you and you'll get your refund typically within 24 hours.

 

Note: Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

● Items taken outside the original country of purchase
● Buyer’s accidental returns
● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by avoalre quality control to be in working condition
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
● Returning defective items in international shipping
